Refunds are processed only for items that have been returned according to our Return Policy and meet all eligibility requirements. Our goal is to make the refund process clear, consistent, and easy to follow.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

The returned item has been received, inspected, and approved as eligible.

The product was returned within the 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

The product was in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

If the returned product does not meet these conditions, Lacenza reserves the right to deny a refund and may ship the product back to you.

3. Refund Method

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued through the same payment method used at checkout. For example, if you paid using a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent back to that card.

We do not issue refunds in cash, store credit, or to alternate payment accounts for security reasons.

4. Refund Amount

The refund amount will include the original product cost excluding shipping and handling fees. The $18 shipping charge and any return postage costs remain non-refundable.

If a partial order was returned, the refund will apply only to the returned items.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and approve your return, the refund process begins immediately. However, please allow 10 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment account.

The total processing time may vary slightly based on your payment provider or bank. If you do not see the refund within 10 business days after approval, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer first before reaching out to us for assistance.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If a product was received defective or incorrect, and we verify the issue, a full refund including the original shipping cost may be issued after inspection. Please report such cases promptly to contact@lacenza.store

We will review your case and confirm whether the transaction has been processed successfully from our end.

9. Refund Communication

Once a refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the transaction details. Please keep this confirmation for your records until the amount appears in your account.
